The purpose of this meeting is to visualise the current position of the

company. This global picture allows to define the priorities in the

planning of the strategic track.

Packs

CaSEM provides a number of predefined support and consultancy packs.

These packs provide a number of sessions with your management

whereby a scenario for strategic analysis will be followed using

brainstorms, templates and methodologies.

About CaSEM

CaSEM was founded by Geert Callens in 2009. Geert Callens has many decades of international experience in different management disciplines.

Geert Callens holds a master degree in engineering and followed many additional training courses in management and finance. He started his carreer in R&D at Barco. During his carreer at Barco he took senior management positions going from product development to marketing, strategic business development and M&A. In the last years he performed similar functions at a smaller company active in the metal industry.

Geert Callens is specialised in strategic business planning, product portfolio management, corporate identity and B2B marketing. Geert Callens brings the benefit of having worked both in big and small companies allowing him to combine management concepts with practical implementations.
