� access was founded as a recruiting services provider in 1991. The focus is to provide companies with efficient tools to attract and select “Right Potentials” i.e. candidates with outstanding academic background and skills.

� access operates in two business units:Recruiting - Solutions (Workshops/Events, Search&Selection) Recruiting Process Management (RPM)

� The leading provider of recruiting services for more than 150 of the 200 most attractive German and European companies.

� access currently manages applications from over 70,000 outstanding high-profilecandidates per year from all over Europe. Including our RPM operations, we handle about 200.000 applications p.a.

� 1992: Introducing the access Recruiting-Workshops. So far, more than 230 (Standard-) Events with over 1,200 company participations and more than 28.000 pre-selected candidates.

� 1995: First provider of fully digitalized search services, completely Internet-based since 1999.

� 1997: Design of the first tailor-made Recruiting-Workshop “access-special” for A.T.Kearney (europe-wide) and BMW. So far, more than 200 tailor-made workshops held with over 15.000 pre-selected candidates.

� 2000: Kick-off for HR outsourcing services for HP Germany. Management of the com-plete recruiting process for European interns from application to work permit.

� 2000: access-next: Recruiting-Workshops for Professionals with 2-8 years work exp.

� 2001: Bought provider of leading research studies about image positions of employers.

� 2002: Outsourcing of partial recruiting services for accenture. (events, Telephone-Interviews) and of the total recruiting process for Visteon and ixos.

� 2003: Outsourcing of the total recruiting process for Infineon, partnering with EDS as part of Infineons complete European HR-BPO.

� 2005: RPM gets Bearing Point and Ford as new clients. Search&Selection starts re-positioning and growth story. (75% p.a.)

� 2006: sold research activities to a Swedish consultancy.

� 2007: RPM wins Qimonda, Hugo Boss, Deutsche Bank and Philips as new clients.
