R S N B C S or RODEL SY NAVARRO BUSINESS CONSULTANCY SERVICES is directed by Rodel “Dell” Navarro a DTI and BIR registered solo-owned business and management consultancy company. Mr. Dell started his business and management consultancy services in 2014 and he himself is the Director and Business Consultant. He aims to provide business and management consultancy services to private companies in the Philippines. He is willing to provide technical advice or business consultation on the following business domains: operation, administration, directorship, financial, internal audit and consultative company training or seminars.R S N B C S is also involved in business organization, incorporation and registration. Mr. Dell also desires to become incorporator, trustee, member of the Board of Directors, President or Senior Executive, Business Consultant or Adviser to the Board Committee and others.Mr. Dell has substantial exposures in top PSE Listed Companies. He is also a stockholder of different companies.He is also aiming to have a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and to become a lawyer and eventually to become a Philippine Senator.
Mr. Dell is a Certified Public Accountant but he is not into Public Practice and decided to be into business and management consultancy service business and not in the Public Practice of CPA profession. He had been into Public Practice from 2001 up to May 13, 2004 ( Effectivity date
of R.A. 9298 “Philippine Accountancy Act of 2004 – Sec. 31 Accreditation on Public Practice”, repealing PD 692 Revised Accountancy Law)He desires also to be accredited as CPA in Public Practice but he instead aims to be into Private Practice and to be appointed as Senior Executive such as: Chief Financial Executive (CFO), Vice President in Finance, Vice President in Treasury, Vice President in Internal Audit or others.R S N B C S is a Business and Management Consultancy Services Company.

I. Operational/Technical Aspects – Provide advice on existing operational problems; provide/recommend solutions to solve, improve, correct, or prevent existing problems, weaknesses or risk areas; provide/draft operational policies to be implemented based on existing and recommended operational policies and procedures; conduct technical review of operations and recommend improvements.

II. Administrative Aspects – Provide advice on improving administration; provide draft of administrative policies and procedures to be implemented based on existing and recommended policies; recommend organizational change; review and recommend improved administrative controls.

III. Directorship Aspects – Provide advice on improving business management of business owner, partners, stockholders and existing members of the Board of Directors; recommend directorship set-up including management committees of solo-owned business and partnership business; recommend directorship set-up of Corporation, domestic and multinational, including Board committees in accordance with SEC Rules and Code of Good Governance; recommend senior management to solo-owned business, partnership, corporation and multinational; provide management rules (solo-business or partnership) or by-laws of corporation and to make recommendation of amendments for the reason of compliance and improvements; provide charters of management or BOD and Committees; complying SEC Rules; recommend on listing shares or listing of debt securities, bonds, club shares and other debt/equity instruments; provide advice on merger, consolidation or acquisition; recommend acceptable procedures on reducing or wiping-out deficits from corporate financial reports.

Internal Audit Aspects – Provide draft or consultation on internal auditing procedures for merchandising only operations; manufacturing and merchandising operations; constructions and service operations.Provide draft or consultation on internal auditing procedures on the administration of solo-business, partnership and corporation.Provide draft of the procedures on internal auditing of financial controls, financial management and financial accounting of solo-business, partnership and corporation.

Financial Control Aspects – review of existing controls on receipt of money, collections of money, billings and invoices; review on controls of deposits of money; review on controls of remittance of money; recommend procedures on centralized money management; recommend controls on decentralized money management; recommend controls on funds management; recommend investment policies; short and long-term investments in shares, bonds and debt securities; review of accounting/bookkeeping procedures and recommend improvements.

Please send me filled Contract Form and upon receiving and agreeing on the Total Consultancy Fee please fill and send to me the Letter of Contract Acceptance stating the agreements on Business Management Advisory Services.
The Contract Form shall state the Management Advisory Services that you or the company desires from (I to V above), the duration of consultation desired: One – time or Project/Completion/Results based.
Please indicate also the date and time of consultation, the person to be consulted, the designation or position of the person to be consulted including the Department or the venue of Business Management Consultation.
