Lessons learnt

Take a step back – most organisations will find they have a majority of the

required elements in place already

If using an External Consultant, be fully involved in the implementation process

– Take ownership

Don’t make it over complicated

Be patient, it takes time to get it right

Once certified, don’t relax, it’s an on-going process
