The top three online professional communities are part of accounting publications, LinkedIn, and state professional societies.

As you think about how you can communicate with your clients, Facebook is the most frequently used social media site by small businesses: 20% of them use Facebook for business purposes. Linked-In and Twitter are used more frequently by larger businesses (e.g., businesses with 25-49 employees).
