Cardholder Establishes 4-Digit PIN

• Cardholder calls the customer service

number on the back of the card to log

into their account.

• Select the language. (English or

Spanish)

• Follow the automated voice (IVR)

prompts for setting up 4-digit PIN.

• The card can now be used.

• The 4-digit PIN will be needed for

ATM transactions, PIN purchases,

automated assistance and web

Access Account Balance

• Call the customer service number on the back of card,

select the language, enter card number and PIN. Account

balance will be provided by the automated voice for free.

• View account balance for free by logging into account on

the web at ww.moneynetwork.com.

• Receive a text message to cell phone daily or weekly for

free. (*Cardholder cell phone carrier rates may apply.)

• Receive an email notification daily or weekly.

A balance inquiry at an ATM may result in a transaction fee!

• Login to www.moneynetwork.com

• Select Money Network card from ADP

TotalPay®.

• Login to cardholder account.

• View current balance, account summary and

monthly statements.

• Transfer funds to personal account in US.

or weekly.

- Select surcharge free ATM

- A list will be displayed

For cardholders without internet access, call the

customer service representative at the toll free

number on the back of the card; they will provide a

list in your area.

Signature and PIN Debit Transactions

Signature Purchase:

• Swipe the TotalPay® card at the cash

register PIN pad.

• Select Credit.

• Sign for purchase.

• No card transaction fee will apply.

PIN Debit Purchase:

• Swipe the TotalPay® card at the cash

register PIN pad and enter 4-digit PIN.

• Select ATM/Debit.

• For cash back, select “Cash Back” or ask

cashier for cash back.

• PIN POS card transaction fee is $0.25.

Money Network™ Check

• Money Network™ Checks can be used to:

• Access 100% of funds

• Pay bills

• Access funds if the card is lost

• Checks are not account specific,

cardholder must link check to their specific

account to make valid.

• Cardholder calls the customer service

number on the back of the card or find the

number from the card packet.

• Follow voice prompts to write a Money

Network™ check.

• Complete the check with the name, date,

dollar amount, issuer & transaction

number.

Money Network™ Check

• Money Network™ Checks can be cashed just like a

current payroll check.

• As an added benefit, Money Network™ Checks can be

cashed for free at participating retail and check cashing

locations.

- Enter zip code

- Select Check Cashing locations

- A list will be displayed

• Cardholders without internet access can call the customer

Lost/Stolen Card Replacement

• Cardholder calls Customer Service to report a lost/stolen

card immediately.

• Cardholder can access funds using a Money Network ™

check while waiting for the new card.

• The replacement card will be mailed to the cardholder’s

home address.

• The replacement card is linked to the original account

number and will not need to be changed in the employers’

payroll system.

• Do not re-issue a new card to the cardholder.

• Card replacement fee of $6.00 will apply.
