More focused on social and behavior sciences than on technology invention

You must adopt social in your business, or face the humiliation of the consumer

..and the humiliation of potential employees..

• In the war for talent people choose you company, not the other way around

..and it also impacts the war on talent that will impact every business

Everything is now being measured….

• Information explosion

..all of this generates mountains of data..

• Automation is the other side of the coin

..and automating is an approach

• 100% command and control will be the image for some, but is not possible, and shouldn’t be the goal

..but automation and conformity are not the answer to everything

• Information needs to be open and shared not controlled

..but social media supports other types of change
