General Information

This document explains the information about Product Catalog extension. The main function of

this extension is that it allows store owners to to convert their online WooCommerce store into

an online catalog. Store owners can also remove all the shopping features from their

WooCommerce stores. Customers can be allowed to ask questions for particular products.

Extension Features

Customer can ask Question or enquiry by Email.

Ability to generate PDF for the catalog.

Ability to generate PDF for a particular category.

Provides a PDF generation short code which can be used anywhere i.e. on page, post or widget.

Provide settings to enable or display PDF options.

Provides settings in admin section to set email id for enquiry email reciever.

Steps to be taken for Installation

>>Step-1. Login with your WordPress admin.

>>Step-2. Click on Plugins to enter Plugins Menu

>>Step-3. Click on Add New button to Install the Extension

>>Step-4. Click on the “Upload” option, then click “Browse” to select the zip file from your

computer. Once selected, press “OK” and press the “Install Now” button.

>>Step-5. Activate the plugin.

Extension Overview

After installing the extension go to Plugins>> Add New

Activate plugin

After activation of plugin go to Settings>> Product Catalog>> Catalog Settings

Go to Product Catalog>> Email Settings

>> Store owners can add settings for enquiry by email button.

>> They can show or hide Email enquiry button and also can set id of the person who will

receive the enquiry emails.

>> If you have Contact form 7 you can you use drop down menu to select Contact form.

>> Go to Product Catalog>> PDF Settings

>> You can enable/disable Catalog PDF option

>>Post PDF short code anywhere in post, page or widget after setting Catalog PDF on.

Front End Demo

>>Step 1. PDF Catalog button will appear in front end.

>>Step 2. When Create PDF button will be clicked this Pop-Up will appear where you can

select category and generate PDF.

>>Step 3. Click DOWNLOAD CATALOG PDF to download your PDF.

>>Step 4. Click on Enquiry by Email button, fill the form in pop up and send enquiry for

product.

>>Step 5. Enquiry Pop Up

>>Step 6. If Contact Form is selected then this Contact Form 7 will appear.

>>Step 7. If catalog mode is On for whole store then Add to Cart button will be removed

and if particular catalog is selected then Add to Cart button will be removed from that

particular category page.

>> Removed Add to Cart Button from products of only a particular category.

>> Product Catalog PDF generated document will be like given below:
