Episcopal Community Services provides individualized, comprehensive services to families, children and youth living in poverty or suffering from emotional, behavioral or addictive disorders.

The needs of body, mind and spirit are supported by a holistic approach utilizing the best practices from the fields of education, business, social work, psychology and spirituality.

The Sheltering Arms Foundation funds nonprofit organizations and support

policies that benefit children and their families who have

the least access to resources.

Since 1983, the Sheltering Arms Foundation has awarded more than 700 grants totaling over $10.7 million

The Sheltering Arms Foundation just celebrated 125 years of serving Minnesota’s children.

Since 1883, Sheltering Arms has been embracing and caring for Minnesota children. What began as one Episcopal woman’s commitment to the well-being of children, has evolved into The Sheltering Arms Foundation, a grantmaking organization that supports programs benefiting Minnesota children and families.

The mission of the Episcopal House of Prayer is:

To assist in the ongoing work of discerning God's voice, both within ourselves and in the world

To provide guidance in the search for wisdom

To teach forms of contemplative prayer

To offer training in the inner work of the spiritual life.

Recognizing that the wisdom of recreation through spiritual transformation is often lost to our cultures and societies, we believe it is the vocation of the House of Prayer to support individuals and groups as they seek to be "formed into Christ". (Galatians 4:19)

The Minnesota Episcopal Environmental Stewardship Commission believes that creation

is a gift from God, and all creation is interconnected. MEESC seeks to instill this

spiritual awareness in parishioners, clergy, and staff of the Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota; and

to promote stewardship of and advocacy for planet Earth.
