• Business idea : a concept that can be used for financial gain that is usually centered on a product or service that can be offered for money. An idea is the first milestone in the process of building a successful business.

one?

1. Executive Summary- 5 w’s and h – what, who, why, when, where and how much- product or services.- Summarize key objectives, marketing strategy, financial analysis.- Describe key success factors.- Competition : differentiation or uniqueness. 2. Introduction and Background- Introduce key products/services.- Provide background information on organization and

people. 3. Products or Services - Describe your current and future organizational products or services.- Explain what differentiates your products or services from the competitors.

4. Market Analysis and Marketing• Target market, segmentation • describe your market, demographics, age,

income, geographical location, race, culture and similar

• Describe market needs• Analyze competitors• the 4 Ps of marketing (product, price, people
