DIY Barbeque Beef Brisket

You love to grill

But you haven’t tackled large cuts of meat

You’re afraid

Don’t be

It’s easy...

Buy • four-pound beef brisket

• 13x9-inch foil pan

• your favorite spice rub

Rub the seasoning all over the

brisket

Cover the pan with foil

Place in fridge overnight allowing the

spices to penetrate the meat

Preheat the grill by turning all burners

on high

Turn off the burners on one side of the

grill

Turn Down the other burners to medium

Place the covered pan onto the unlit

side of the grill

Close the lid and maintain 300°F

Grill the brisket for 2-1/2 to 3 hours

or until the meat reaches 180°F

Remove the pan from the grill

Place the brisket directly onto the

unlit side of the grill

Grill for 30 minutes or until the beef

reaches 190°F

Remove the brisket from the grill, and

allow it to stand for 10 minutes

Slice the beef thinly

Serve it on a bun with your favorite

toppings
