Overview
Introduction – who we are
Nabarro LLP is an international law firm with offices in London, Manchester, Sheffield, Brussels, Dubai, and Singapore.

On 1 May we merge with two other law firms and will become the 6th largest law firm in the World
• Launched by Nabarro on 21 February 2017
• Key findings:
– Electricity will be the dominant form of energy supply in the future
– Our transport systems will be forced into using electricity
– Solar will be a dominant form of energy generation across the globe
– 21% is the expected growth in renewable heat use in UK from 2021
– 2.9% is the estimated annual growth of renewables from 2012-2040
Future of Energy – The Balance of Power
• Key findings (continued):
–Significant opportunities for wind still exist in the UK
–There will be growth in on-site power generation and storage
–CHP could offer significant revenue for this with real estate
–UK has untapped potential for energy storage
–Smart meters will manage energy use automatically
–Global rooftop solar PV market expected to grow 11% 2015-2023
