and enough potential to guide the change.

employees understand and willing to work with new vision but not

possible due to obstacles such as poor appraisal system and rigid

bosses

Victory Announcment in Earlier Stages

there is no need to celebrate the victory until and unless the change not sink deeply into

company’s root, and ultimately it require almost half decade, but

organizations declare their change success very early and it

waste all the transformational efforts

unfortunately management does not understand the importance of culture, specifically in mergers, it may destroy all efforts if there is no cultural development in the

organization. culture acceptable in one organization may be fully

unacceptable in other organization
