Implementation was carried out in four phases

• Phase 1- Software is developed in AIIMS by NIC for different stores

• Phase2-Stocks updated (quantity and batch no) online in main Stores of Main building of AIIMS.

• Phase3-Subtsores started intending items online by 1st Jan 2014.

• Phase4- Sub stores started stock utilization online by 1st April 2014

• The manual format was replicated electronically in the software

• Intervention based changes were made in the existing modules

• Ensure 24X7 computers and networks are functioning well

• All online indents verified First level by DNS in OPDs and by ANS in IPDs

• 95% online Indent are paperless.• 70% online stock utilization
