Existing Culvert Condition: 2440mm Span x 1739mm Rise Galvanized Multi-Plate

• Timeline – difficult winter conditions

• Max. water velocity 3.0 m/sec with sand and gravel bedloads

• Acidic drain rock• Water inside conduit: 4 ≤ pH ≤ 9• Leachate from acidic surcharge

(3 ≤ pH ≤ 9) around conduit/grout
