Since the 1/05/2008 parking in Kuressaare has been for free.
It has improved the parking culture in the town centre
There are some places left, where you have to pay for parking.
There are some places where you have enough room to park…
…and some places where you have no room at all
It’s difficult to park in underground parking lots
Driving out from the underground parking lots is difficult because of narrow outlet
And there are drivers who can’t park properly:
And drivers who don’t know parking rules(you can’t park next to the yellow line)
Parking in front of our school
Just parking…
