Goals

• Re-envision our district approach to teen technology programming

• Build staff capacity to support 21st century skills development

• Portable kits for use in teen programming across the district

• Establish a pool of volunteers committed to working as community mentors

• Design and implement a model lab• Produce a “recipe” for implementing labs in our

other 6 locations
