The college process where Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) provide a job analysis and define the Duties and Tasks for a particular job.

• DACUM Facilitator Training – The Ohio State University (Dr. Robert Norton)

• A list of Knowledge and Skills Assessments & tools developed

• A list of future trends and challenges are developed

• A DACUM chart is completed and sent out for review

• Task analysis begins
