Rural Napoleon resident Norman Wulff holds one of his collection of about 400 The Stars and Stripes newspapers published during World War II. He discovered the

papers in the attic of a home he purchased in 1966 and has maintained them in good condition.

This May 9, 1945 edition of The Stars and Stripes newspaper with the headline “World Leaders Hail VE-Day” is part of the collec-tion of rural Napoleon resident Norman

Wulff. The newspaper, which exists to this day, reports on matters affecting members of the U.S. Armed Forces.

ExperienceCounts!

As our Armed Forces fight to protect our freedom abroad, we are reminded of their sacrifice and the sacrifice made by so many brave soldiers before them.

On Veterans Day, we pause to recognize and thank all of the veterans who have served our country. We are eternally grateful for their dedication and service.

We thank you, veterans and soldiers.
