• The process approach emphasises the importance of:– understanding and meeting the demand organization’s requirements through
an integrated planning process;
– the relationship between the integrated planning process and Clauses 4 to 10 of the Standard;
– the documentation associated with the requirements of the FM system and the subject of certification assessments;
– all of the above in the context of management levels;
– continual improvement of processes based on objective measurement.
