PDAS Evaluations

• Status - Eduphoria is close to completion in assisting us with recreating PDAS evaluations in Strive

• Ensure that all your non-TTESS staff have created a profile in Strive

• Central Office Personnel-receive further information in the upcoming months

Important Dates:

March 18th: Late Hires - Any teacher hired on or after this date: ● will be assigned the appraisal type T-TESS Teacher (Late Hire) form● need to electronically sign the Less-Than-Annual Exception form● need a minimum of 10-15 minute observation● an EOY Conference ● need to attend the T-TESS New Teacher Orientation in August 2019 if they did

not attend the last one scheduled on March 20th

March 29th: Formal Observation Period ends:● Any teacher assigned to the full appraisal type that does not have receive a

formal observation by this date will have to have an Evaluation Not Complete form submitted

● must placed on the full cycle again the following year 7

Continuation - Important Dates:

● April 1st - May 14th: EOY Conference period

● May 15th: EOY Deadline for all forms to be completed and provided to the teacher to view

● May 1st-May 31st: Other Campus Personnel Conference period

● June 6th: 10-15 minute observations period ends

•Select Report Type = Summary by School

•Select Campus

•Check Export to Spreadsheet

•Click on Submit Report
