Enterprise 12R6 offers increased efficiency and simplified processing for payroll, invoicing, and A/R.By Alisha Arnold
The 12R6 version of Enterprise utilizes payroll and in-
voice processing wizards that decrease training time for
new users and practically eliminate the possibility of pro-
cess errors. The wizard functionality takes the user through
the payroll and billing processes step by step. Each step
must be completed before the user can proceed. This
means that users will spend less time learning and process-
ing the payroll and billing and have more time available to
complete other necessary tasks. The improved payment
posting for accounts receivable includes both large batch
posting where multiple payments can be posted together
and a quick post function for single entries.
Enterprise now has an enhanced user interface that allows
for:
• Automatic job order posting to Careerbuilder and
• More customization of the user’s screen with
different colors and backgrounds.
• Extremely easy-to-use functionality to add
new records, perform searches etc.
• An upgraded gross profit calculator.

(Aka Chrispy) joined TempWorks in last year. Prior
to joining TempWorks, Chrispy was with IBM for seven
years at various levels of technical and systems support.
He is one of those people who punctuates their sen-
tences with a pleasant laugh or smile; very easy going.
At TempWorks, Chrispy’s main duties are system ad-
ministration as well as providing desktop support;
something that Chris does with a passion. He makes the
daunting task of ensuring that the hosted servers are
running 24-7-365 days a year seem like a breeze, while
on the other hand making sure that updates, upgrades
and backups are done in a timely manner without inter-
rupting the flow of business.
Chris is a self-taught guru. He spent a lot of time with
extremely tech savvy friends, learned a lot from them as
well as researching from books and the internet, cou-
pled with the experience gained from working in fast
paced companies.
Asked about his hobbies, Chrispy went through a list
which includes drag racing, snow mobiling (authentic
Minnesotan), four-wheeling, hobby grade R/C cards,
computers, video games and home electronics – need-
less to say, a mechanical and electronic gadgets fan…
Family? Chrispy was born in North Carolina but his
family moved to MN when he was four. His dad was a
Marines Drill Instructor… Chris chuckles and says, “…
imagine how fun my childhood was!”
When asked what he likes best about TempWorks,
Chrispy responds,
“The people, the work atmosphere. Period. TempWorks
has given me a sense of belonging.”

Contact Interest CodesHave you ever wished you could easily locate contacts to proactively sell new employees when you don’t have any open orders that are a good fit?
In the customer contact record on their Visifile, in the lower left corner you can add interest codes to a con-tact record. These interest codes correspond to what types of skills or job titles that contact uses for open positions. Once Interest Codes have been entered for contacts you can search for skills an employee pos-sesses and match them to a contact by going to the Contact record and clicking on the Search tab. Next, click on the Run a Search button. Once the Contact searches are displayed, scroll down to the “Interest Code Search”. When this is clicked you can enter the interest code you want to search on, and a list of matching contacts will be displayed.
