• Are quick to make a decision about you• Have their favorite questions they ask each time• Will finish the interview quickly if they don’t like

2.Personal and Feeling

• Try to discover your values and feelings• Ask a lot of questions on your personal qualities• Want to know how you think and feel• Will probe your character

how they can contribute to the position and the company

3.Conversational

• Move from topic to topic• Are easy-going and conversational• Will discuss the work culture informally• Are relationship based• Ask general questions about your career
