The Clock tower of the Palace of Westminster was built for 13 years, and was completed in 1856 by Charles Barry.The tower was 96,3 m high and it is designed by Augustus Pugin.The tower is proposed in Victorian-gotic style.

People marks Big Ben for the all tower, but only the biggest bell in the tower names Big Ben.
