ALittleTip:ArtisticgymnasticCoacheswouldshudderatthis,butyoumightbesurprisedattheresult.IfyourgymnastsaretryingtoholdHandstandandarestruggling,insteadofhavingthemstartwiththeirarmsupbytheirears,getthemtostartwiththeirarmsbytheirsides,andsimplyswingthemgentlyforwardtoplacetheirhandsastheyswingthebacklegup.Becausetheshouldersocketsaremorerelaxedasthebodyweightgoesoverthetopofthem,ratherthanrigidlylockedinplacebytheears,thegymnastcanfeelmoreeasilyhowtheyneedtoadjustthetensionwithlittlemovementstostayinverted.
