CONGRATULATIONS AND BEST OF LUCK TO OUR
SWIMMING CHAMPIONS AND SCHOOL SWIM TEAM
FROM THE PRINCIPAL’S DESK
We had an amazing turnout for the Meet and Greet last Tuesday evening. Thank you to all who attended to meet their child’s teacher. The BBQ was on the go all afternoon to keep up with demand. Many thanks to the staff that helped me with the food and drinks and to all staff for staying back. Class teachers commented on how worthwhile it was to meet parents and have the opportunity to organise to meet later. Thank you also for the prompt response regarding permission notes that have been sent out. We are now finalising the organisation of SEESAW and we hope to get information out shortly. Scripture classes started this week, provided by the Goulburn Association of Churches. Scripture classes will continue each Tuesday. One of the behaviours we continually talk to students about is respect – for themselves, their peers, the staff and for property. I would appreciate it if you could also do the same at home to reinforce what we are doing at school. I will not tolerate disrespectful behaviour of which there have already been too many incidents this year. Behaviour such as this, particularly when it is repeated, will lead to suspension. Please assist us in keeping our school as a safe and happy environment for our students. The first of our district sports trials take place next week with tennis and cricket. Good luck to those students and to all those who will participate in the future.

The Country Women’s Association (CWA) Goulburn Evening Branch offers an annual grant of $500 to a local school educating a
student who is being cared for by their grandparents. The grant is made to the school to support individual students or
families.
If you have a student/s who would benefit from receiving the grant please phone or
call into the school office to obtain an application form.
All applications will be assessed by a
committee and the successful school will be notified by the end of March, 2019.
If you have any questions, please contact Margaret Clinton, CWA Goulburn Evening Branch on 4822 1002 or 0419 163841.
The P and C will be hosting the Braddy Farmers
Markets on election day - 23 March 2019.
In the past, we have had a successful day, raising funds from our cake stall, BBQ and raffle, plus stall
fees from the markets.
Please spread the word and share the advertisement from our facebook page.
In the near future we will be asking for
volunteers to assist on the day and/or provide baked goods to sell at the stall.
Tuesday 5 March at 6.30pm, followed by the general meeting.
