How do Pathways work?

How do Pathways work? > Credit is awarded to students who have

completed a TAFE qualification

> Shorten the length of time it takes to complete a university degree

> No need to re-apply through VTAC

> No ATAR score requirements

Swinburne University of Technology 8

Diploma Qualification> A Diploma qualification entitles students to 8

units of credit, the equivalent of a university ‘Co-major’

> A student with a Diploma qualification would only need to complete a ‘Professional Major’ (16 units) in order to obtain a university degree

> A full time student with a Diploma qualification can complete a university degree in 2 years
