Field Operations Professional: The position that I held is Field Operations Professional, which is a fast track supervisory in training position. These individuals are in charge of learning how to handle the pressures of managing full crews as well as liaising between company representitives and Halliburton. This position requires the employee to have the ability to learn fast, work hard, retain information, and be a highly motivated self-starter.
Service Operator: Become competent in running and maintaining all equipment on locations. Gaining experience in milling operations, acidizing and washout operations, and toeprep operations making ready for fracturing crews.
Operator Assistant I and II: Knowledgeable on the capabilities and components of the HT400 fluid pump. The ability to effectively train and supervise employees and ensure that all HSE policies are followed and properly documented. I have run multiple units completing several different jobs such as, mill plugs, DV Tools, cement, toe prep, wash jobs. These jobs cover most of my experience running coiled tubing units.
