The study on employee welfare measures at BILT Graphic Paper Ltd is appropriate information about employee welfare activities and its implementation. Scope of my study is to measure and to identify the effectiveness of various statutory and non -statutory employee welfare plans that are being implemented in organization. The study done on the sample base chosen for target population of 40 management staff and 20 workmen.
