Undertaking 

I ________ son/daughter of ________ having served in ________ [department], retired 

________. I am now receiving my pension vide Pension Payment Order No. _________ 

from _________. 

2.   That  I am claiming  increases  in pension  in the  light of Federal Services Tribunal 

/High Court Orders, allowed by  the Government vide Finance Division OM No.13(13)‐

Reg.6/2011, dated 7th July, 2015. 

3.  I am giving this undertaking  in favor of __________ [relevant AGPR Office] with 

my  free  consent  and  without  any  coercion  that  if  the  decision  of  Federal  Services 

Tribunal/High Court regarding grant of increases in pension from the date of restoration 

of commuted pension at the rate of which I was drawing 50% of the remaining pension, 

and the arrears thereof, is set aside by any competent court of law, I am bound by this 

undertaking that I will refund the entire amount which would have been received by me 

in accordance with Finance Division OM referred above. 

4.   Furthermore, I would not raise any objection in this regard.
