order or instructions about my claim of caste from the respective said office.

I undertake that, my admission against reserved seat is subject to submission of caste

validity certificate and if may claim is invalidated. I shall not claim any equity on account

of admission against the reserved seat. I also state that, in the event of my claim as

belonging to reserved category is invalidated. I shall refund the amount of scholarship

received by me, to the State Government. I state that i am aware of the fact that, my

admission is subject to the validation of my caste certificate by the Caste Scrutiny

Committee and on invalidation, my admission is liable to be cancelled.
