February 15, 2013 Morristown Partnership presents Morristown Restaurant Week Monday April 22 through Sunday April 28, 2013 Did you know Downtown Morristown has over 80 restaurants plus over 40 Cafes/Coffee Shops/Delicatessen/Grocery Stores/and Liquor & Wine Shops? Morristown Partnership invites all businesses from the categories listed above to participate in the official Morristown Restaurant Week event. Let’s make downtown Morristown the restaurant destination in New Jersey this April! Here is the Info Date: Monday, April 22 through Sunday, April 28, 2013 (7 Days) Time: Lunch and/or Dinner Place: Your Restaurant/Café/Deli/Grocery/Wine Shop Restaurant Cost: Registration $75.00.
Deadlines: Participation & Payment Deadline: Friday, March 1, 2013. Please note: We will launch our media campaign on Monday, April 1, 2013. Final menus are due to our office no later than Friday, March 22, 2013.
Cost to Diners: **NEW IN 2013: No price cap on meals or promotions, please keep your pricing competitive. Dinner – Prix Fixe 3 Course Menu Prix Fixe may also include entrée supplements at an additional cost or 2 for 1 pricing Lunch – Signature Sandwich Get creative with your cuisine! Craft a sandwich for lunch that’s perfect for diners who do not have time to sit for a multiple course meal. Consider adding a drink or a side to complete the meal. Make it available for Dine-‐In or To-‐Go! Special Promotion – Any Lunch/ Dinner Special or Promotion This option is reserved for those restaurants and specialty stores that do not have a restaurant concept that allows for three course meals at dinner, businesses unable to craft a signature sandwich at lunch or store that compliments Restaurant Week (wine and liquor). These businesses may offer a special promotion. i.e. 2-‐for-‐1 / buy one get one at half price / free beverage with purchase / lunch buffet 20% discount when you mention Restaurant Week at wine and liquor stores / etc. Restaurant Week Rules Participating restaurants / businesses must offer a special promotion and/or prix fixe menu everyday during Restaurant Week*. (4/22-‐4/28) *except when business is closed Prix fixe menus and special promotions must be presented to all patrons with a la carte menu and/or posted clearly at point of sale. Menu must offer minimum of two options for appetizer, entrée and dessert. Tax, gratuity and alcohol not included in lunch special or dinner prix fixe price. Registration is not complete until $75.00 payment is received. All fees are non-‐refundable. Failure to comply will result in exclusion from future Restaurant Weeks.

Madison (106,400), Chatham (105,000), Bernardsville (28,000), Summit (252,000), and Montclair (77,840). • Event promotion on Morristown Partnership and Downtown Morristown Restaurant Week Facebook “Fan
Page” • Local Food Blog postings. • Press releases and event advertised on local and regional on-‐line media event calendars. • Email blasts to all Morristown Partnership contacts. Option for you to submit your list to us for distribution of
email blast. • Collaterals for Participating Restaurants: Posters, Window Decals, and/or Table Tents, and participating
business Restaurant Guide* for distribution to your customers. • Morristown Partnership website. Participating Businesses will be:
o Listed by Cuisine, Lunch and/or Dinner Participation, Special Promotion o Contact information listed, including brief description of business, website link.
Suggestions: Think about offering cooking demonstrations or tastings, give out a special recipe or post one on your website during Restaurant Week, invite one of your distributors/vendors, offer special entertainment, or display an art show and more! What We Need:
• Completed 2013 Morristown Restaurant Week Participation Form and your $75.00 check made out to: Morristown Partnership or credit card release form.
