Meet Our Deputy Exec. Director
Mr. Clifford Godfrey
Mr. Godfrey has more than 10 years of ex-
perience in the field of affordable housing
and community development. He has
worked on an expansive portfolio of pro-
jects and grants totaling more than $450
million in investments and has experience
in a wide range of planning and implemen-
tation of affordable housing projects as well
as neighborhood revitalization initiatives.
He has demonstrated exceptional abilities
in the areas of strategic planning and
emergency management. Clifford also has
extensive operations management and
public housing administration experience,
previously serving as Chief of Operations
at the Newark Housing Authority. As a re-
sult of his experience, Clifford brings a
comprehensive knowledge of public hous-
ing redevelopment and operations man-
agement. He holds a Bachelor of Science
in Business & Technology with a concen-
tration in Finance Engineering from Ste-
vens Institute of Tech. in Hoboken, NJ.

THA is excited to announce the opening of
our Afterschool Hot Meal Program beginning
Monday, April 30 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
for school age youth; 6 to 18 years old. In
addition to the Hot Meal served, the new
program will include organized activities and
homework help. Send your youth out for this
fun and productive program Monday through
Friday in the Donnelly Gymnasium.
Mrs. Audrey Willis is 99 years old and lived
here at THA approximately 40 years until
her recent move due to her health. We wish
her well!

Need WORD and EXCEL computer ex-
perience? THA is offering a Free 8-
week course to THA residents on a first
come-first serve basis. Call Tonya
Grant–Brown to sign up. The weekly
course will be held in the Prospect Vil-
lage Community Center Computer Lab
beginning May 3, 11:00 am to Noon.

A Free and Fun Soccer Program is being held for community
youth, ages 10 to 18, every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to
7:00 pm on the Donnelly Homes Outdoor Field.
