In five issues of Volumes 46, 47, and 49 of Solar Physics (January, February, March, July, and August, 1976), a number of the half-tone figures went through the wrong process, thus making them unacceptable in a scientific journal.

They are correctly reprinted here, with apologies to the authors concerned. To assist readers who may wish to cut them out and place them on the correct pages, they are printed on one side of the paper only.

The affected figures were in the following articles:

Volume 46

E. M. Reeves ] The EUV Chromospheric Network in the Quiet Sun (Fig. 10 on p. 69).

P. Maltby/Hot Contrast Profiles of Filament Features (Figs. l, 2, 3, 4(a) on pp. 151, 152, 153 and 155).

Arnold O. Benz and Jan Kuijpers/Type IV dm Bursts: Onset and Sudden Reductions (Figs. 6 and 7 on pp. 284 and 285).

J. T. Nolte, A. S. Krieger, A. F. Timothy, G. S. Vaiana, and M. V. Zombeck / An Atlas of Coronal Hole Boundary Positions May 28 to November 2l, 1973 (Fig. la on p. 293).

J. T. Nolte, A. S. Krieger, A. F. Timothy, R. E. Gold, E. C. Roelof, G. Vaiana, A. J. Lazarus, J. D. Sullivan, and P. S. McIntosh / Coronal Holes as Sources of Solar Wind (Fig. 2 (two parts) on pp. 308 and 309).

Dean F. Smith] Scattering in the Radiation Source and the Fundamental- Harmonic Hypothesis (Fig. 2 on p. 531).

Volume 47

G. E. Brueckner, N. P. Patterson, and V. E. Scherrer/Spectroscopic Far Ultraviolet Observations of Transition Zone Instabilities and Their Possible Role in a Pre-Flare Energy Build-Up (Figs. 1, 2 .3 , 5, 10, 11 on pp. 131, 132, 133, 136, 142, 144).

Volume 49

R. J. Bray and R. E. Loughhead [ A New Determination of the Granule/Intergranule Contrast (Fig. 1 on p. 5).

G. A. Dulk, S. F. Smerd, R. M. MacQueen, J. T. Gosling, A. Magun, R. T. Stewart, K. V. Sheridan, R. D. Robinson, and S. Jacques/White Light and Radio Studies of the Coronal Transient of 1.4-15 September 1973 (Fig. 1 on p. 372).
