Permission
There is a new user permission called “Can Administer City Landing Page”. Anyone with this access
can edit any city landing page in your system.
Display All Offices on the City Landing Pages Regardless of Website Status Previously, the city landing pages only displayed the nearby offices for those offices that have websites.
That requirement has been removed so that offices will display even if they don’t have a website.
Modify Your Robots.txt File You can now modify your own robots.txt file. This is to help you with SEO. If you’re not sure what the
robots.txt file is or what you should modify it to, we highly recommend that you give The Search Agency
(TSA) a call. TSA is a world-class SEO consultant company and we’d be happy to make the introduction.
Just let us know!
1) The company website will inherit the system default robots unless they choose to customize the
robots for their website.
2) All office websites will inherit the company robots unless they choose to customize the robots
for their website.
3) All agent websites will inherit the office robots unless they choose to customize the robots for
their website.

1) Expand My Tools
2) Select My Website
3) Select Edit in the Website Information section
4) Note the “Robots.txt Settings” section below the Website Keywords.
Note: We do not allow search engines to crawl your stage sites. Any changes made will not take effect
until this goes into production.
Usability
Using the List View or Gallery View as the Default View is Faster We tweaked things on the back end so that if you use the List View or Gallery View as the default, the
page will load faster. Previously we loaded the map first and then switched over to the other view.

We’ve removed that extra step of loading the map first saving a second or so on the page load time
when you use the List View or Gallery View as your default.
If you’d like to change your default view, it’s a simple configuration change on our end. In the very near
future we’ll be making this change across the platform. Please let us know if you’d like to keep the map
view as your default or if you simply can’t wait and want to start using the List View as the default right
now.
Note: We are currently working on a bug that causes the pins not to display on the map if you are using
the List View or Gallery View as your default view. As soon as this bug is fixed we’ll let you know.
Reverse Prospecting Shows How Many Buyers in Each Office are Interested in
Your Potential Listing Reverse Prospecting is now even more powerful. Once you create a Reverse Prospecting report, a new
“View Details is available. Select the View Details button for more information on which offices in your
company the representing agents are located in. Selecting the office from this list will provide a list of
the representing agents in that office so you can do even more networking!

Easy Access to the List of URLs Relevant to Your Website This enhancement is great for everyone from content writers, admins and agents! A list of the available
internal URLs are only a click away. The generated list is dependent upon the login. For example, Admins
will see company-generated content urls, jump searches and content files. Agent will see urls to content
and jump searches that they have created.
You can access this list via the new sub navigation link in the left nav. The Company Admin and Agent
Admin are shown below respectively.

Sort Sub Navigation in Admin Working in Admin can be tough enough without wasting time searching through navigation. All sub
navigation items are now alphabetized. This will greatly assist in training. We’re also looking towards
making Admin much more user friendly. Stay tuned!
Added Text Indicating Quarterly Updates on the City Landing Pages On the Median Sale Price section, we’re displaying the % of change over the previous quarter. This is
now reflected on the page.

Configurability
Create Content Templates to Share Within Your Company* Create page templates that you can pull from when you or your agents create new content. You might
have a page template that you want to build all of your content in. This new feature will allow you to
spend less time formatting, and more time getting your messaging out there.
This feature also benefits your agents. You can create a few different content templates that they can
choose from with a simple click and then make a few modifications to personalize it.
First, login to Admin. Then,
1) Expand Content
2) Select Content Templates
3) Choose a template to modify or select Add New Content Template
4) Enter the name and description
5) Select which websites will have access to this template
6) Select which website packages will have access to this template
7) You can further determine that certain templates are only available for certain website designs.
This allows you to maintain a consistent look and feel to agent websites!

like. Once you save this template, it will be immediately available per the criteria that you’ve entered.
Existing website content based on this template will not be changed.
You may delete existing content templates by editing the page and selecting the Delete button at the
bottom of the page.
To see this in use, simply go to any content page and select one of the available content templates as
shown below.

Any of the text or design previous on the page will be overwritten with the selected content template.
You still have the ability to customize this page with the RAD Editor. We suggest using widgets if there
are certain pieces that you do not want your users to modify.
Configure Tabs on the Property Details Page We’re working on an enhancement that will allow you to create and hide the tabs on the property
details page. Agents (via a web package) will also have this configurability. We’re about half way through
this enhancement. The full enhancement will be delivered in the future.
Form Processor Enhancements Including a Creation Wizard This enhancement furthers your ability to create custom forms, choose where they display, imbed them
within the page as an open form or on an overlay. Furthermore, you can customize the emails that are
sent to the user, your company and your agents.
Forms Processor Overview
The Forms Processor provides a way for you to create a custom web form that will send an email with
the posted data and optionally send the lead to rDesk CRM. In addition to the data, these items can also
be specified:

custom emails to company, agent, and customer
a confirmation page to display when the form is submitted
email addresses
an email subject line
Feature listing information right on the contact form by using listing tokens – attach the listing
ID to the querystring parameters and listing tokens will be made available for the content page.
Companies may then choose what listing information to feature on the form.
Custom web forms now also have additional security measures built in to prevent spamming. A special
validation key is submitted with the form and the forms processor can detect:
Whether the form is posted by the same MLS that is hosting the site – this allows the system to
detect whether an external entity (i.e., a potential spammer) is submitting the form
Whether the form was submitted within 30 minutes from the time the form was rendered to
the user – this expiration rule prevents spammers from obtaining the validation key and
resubmit the form over and over again
Key Benefits:
Allows you to display listing information within custom contact forms
Provides anti-spam measures
Allows you to virtually have complete control over the forms
Allows custom forms to be created to further your marketing directives
Ability to specify lead subsource for rDesk integration. This further allows you to create custom
rDesk CRM Action Plans to begin email marketing campaigns once a user submits the form. This
might include providing certain articles or newsletters in exchange for a user’s contact
information.
Including Tokens in Forms
Forms that post to the Forms Processor are hosted in normal content pages. Content pages are
rendered using the rDesk Broker Website layout engine. This layout engine provides access to many
tokens, and includes conditional formatting. The full list of tokens can be seen in the dropdown in the
Forms Wizard, but the general categories available include RECo, Office, Website, Listing, Branding,
Identity, Form, and QueryString. Conditional attributes include eval_visible, to determine if the element
should be included in the html output, eval_checked and eval_selected to control checkbox and
dropdown selections, and eval_formatnumber and eval_formatdate to control formatting of number

and date elements. A full description of the layouts, tokens and rendering is out of scope for this
document but please refer to the “rBW Widgets Help” document for more info. As a short introduction,
here are a couple of examples of how this can be used in a form.
To pre-populate a form element value, this one uses the name of the currently logged-in user:
<input type=”text” name=”FirstName” value=”{{Widget.System.Value Type=’Identity.FirstName’” />
To show information from other data in context, this one shows how to include a listing photo, if the
ListingID (not the MLS#) is included in the querystring of the page, as Listing:
Page url:
http://www.edinarealty.com/Content/Content.aspx?ContentID=587778&Listing=11234
Listing Image:
<img src=”{{Widget.System.Type Value=’Listing.ImageFilename’}}” width=”130” />
The system requires the ListingID because it’s guaranteed to be unique. Whereas MLS #s are not
guaranteed unique.
Including Data in Leads sent to rDesk CRM
The body of the email to the Company will be added into the rDesk lead’s Notes. All form fields will be
parsed to see if the data can be used as contact data. Acceptable contact data field names include
FirstName, LastName, EmailAddress, CellPhone, EveningPhone, and DaytimePhone. If a CustomerID or
ListingID is included (see Including Additional Context Data in Leads below) then that information is sent
with the lead as well.
For example, this will be sent with the lead:
<input type=”text” name=”FirstName” />
Including Additional Context Data in Leads sent to rDesk CRM
In addition to the submitted data, there are a few additional items that can be sent if some special form
elements are included. This includes logged-in customer data and listing data. To include customer
data, include a hidden form element called CustomerID, and for listing data, include one named
ListingID. There must be a Listing querystring parameter for the listing data to be populated.

For example:
<input type=”hidden” name=”CustomerID” value=”{{Widget.System.Value
Type=’Identity.CustomerID’}}” />
<input type=”hidden” name=”ListingID” value=”{{Widget.System.Value Type=’Listing.ListingID’}}” />
