Depither (to separate pith from the Sugarcane Bagasse) for Paper mills

My recent portfolio ( 2014 Sep 24, currently under production) 'De-pither', a machine which is used in paper mills to remove the pith from Bagasse for higher quality paper consistency.The client brief was to modify the existing design for better functionality, change tonnage capacity from 16 Tonne per hour to 8Tonne per hour (bone-dry) & provide complete production shop drawings.  I modified the existing bearing arrangement & bagasse feed areas to obviate potential failures after installation
