Learning to Ride

When you learn to ride a bike you can fall off, and it can be the same when

you start to engage with CPD2

Learning outcomes

By the end of this session participants should be able to: describe the 3 different models

Many of us reflect on a daily basis without realising it:

You may talk over a difficult situation with a friend You may think over the day’s events on the way

home You may informally discuss a work situation with

colleagues During your Personal Development Review, you

look back at your performance in the past year, and plan your development needs for the next year
