• Full payment must be made upon placement of order. Only credit card payments will be accepted for all phone and email orders.

• Overseas orders will only be confirmed upon successful payment via credit card.

• Advance orders are not valid with vouchers.

D E L I V E R I E S• Free delivery* is applicable to orders of $150 and above.

For orders below $150, the following delivery charges apply:

– $25 for orders below $50 – $20 for orders between $50 ~ $100.99 – $15 for orders between $101 ~ $149.99

* Free delivery is not applicable during festive periods. (Festive periods include 3 days before Mother’s Day, 2 weeks before Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas and other Public Holidays)

• An additional $10 charge applies to all deliveries to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands and other restricted airline and cargo areas, regardless of value of order.

• Delivery service is available daily, unless stated otherwise, during these timeslots: 9am~12pm, 1pm~4pm and 3pm~6pm.

• An additional $10 charge applies to all deliveries between 6pm~8pm.

• Special delivery arrangements such as specified time delivery requests (1-hour allowance, eg. 3pm~4pm) are available at an additional charge of $10, subject to availability.

• Deliveries cannot be made between 12pm~1pm.

• Delivery charges apply only to a single destination. If there is no recipient at the destination to receive the order, the order will then be sent to the nearest Bengawan Solo outlet for self-collection.

• Bengawan Solo reserves the right to change the delivery timeslot.
