Pushing designs into full 3D models implementing design fixes and updates.

Full study for execution drawings with selection of all the materials and furniture, while coordinating directly with the suppliers.

Coordinate with coworkers (civil engineer, MEP suppliers) to flesh out the design plans.

Projects range from mixed use office tower, hotel, apartment building complex, luxury villas, landscaping…etc

Worked on modern, classical and eclectic style projects. In addition worked on Interior Execution Drawings including Furnished plans, electrical plans, AC plans, lighting plans, false ceiling plans as well as full execution details for every elevation.

Worked on choosing all the furniture brands for each project and choosing all the bathrooms fixtures and accessories. Also, worked on calculating the bills of quantity (BOQ) for some projects. Worked on private apartments in Lebanon and private villas in Egypt, Ksa and Qatar concerning design, execution drawings and bills of quantity, such as : -Tantawi villa (Egypt), -Prince Faisal villa(KSA), -Sheikh Hamad villa and Rasheed Saad Rasheed villa (QATAR). vRay (rendering using the latest vRay build, ensuring highest quality for time

constraints by the use of multilayered rendering)

AutoCAD (2D with very good experience in execution details)

Adobe Photoshop (creating and adjusting existing textures to be applied in 3D,

manipulating color correction and layered rendering for final poster prints)

Deep and long experience in these softwares makes it easier to apply last minute client changes onto designs, while still sticking to the tight deadlines of these days.
