COYA celebrates the spirit of Latin America through exceptional Peruvian food, innovative Pisco infusions, Latin American rhythms
and contemporary art.
Since bursting onto the scene in London in 2012, COYA has led the way in innovative dining experiences. Live music, DJs and
artists bring the venue to life, entertaining guests and creating an atmosphere that is uniquely COYA. The brand celebrates music
and art through the COYA Collective, hosting regular exhibitions, cultural events and exclusive parties.
At the heart of COYA is its Peruvian kitchen. Led by renowned Chef Sanjay Dwivedi, COYA maintains traditional elements of
Peruvian cooking whilst blending influences from Japanese and Chinese cuisines to create mouth-watering dishes. The drinks programme at COYA is equally impressive, with a living library
of Pisco infusions creatively infused in-house to offer variety of exciting flavours and a wine list curated by the industry’s finest
sommeliers.
With venues in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and two in London, COYA continues to offer it’s guests an authentic and transformative Latin
American experience, all around the world.
COYA MAYFAIR
Since opening in November 2012, COYA Mayfair has continued to impress guests by treating them to memorable dining experiences that keep them coming back.
Located in the heart of Mayfair, the sophisticated yet unpretentious venue is famed for its atmosphere and holds various spaces to entertain guests.
COYA Mayfair is complete with a Members’ Club, Pisco bar & lounge, private dining room and main restaurant.

MEMBERS’ CLUB
Available for exclusive hire, the Members’ Club has its very own private bar, PA set up, DJ booth and outdoor terrace. Situated on Piccadilly with an attractive view of Green Park, this space is the perfect location to host exclusive drinks and canapé receptions whilst utilising the option for live music, cigar and Pisco masterclasses alongside spirit and wine tastings. This private space is available for exclusive hire by special request.
Capacity: Up to 80 standing guests.

MAIN RESTAURANT
Entering through the wine corridor, the atmosphere in the
main restaurant is immersive and exciting.
Guests can look on as chefs skilfully prepare COYA’s signature dishes in one of two open kitchens; the
ceviche kitchen and the robata grill.
Tables in the restaurant can be booked for any number of guests, including large parties. Groups of eight or more can choose from
one of our seasonally changing set menus.
Capacity: Up to 100 seated guests.
ANDEAN ROOM
Beautifully decorated with authentic Peruvian artefacts and intricate iron gates, the Andean Room is ideal for large groups and can be semi privatised for groups of up to 20 seated guests.
Capacity: Up to 60 seated guests.

PISCO BAR & LOUNGE
With the most extensive Pisco library
in London, the Pisco bar is home to
a variety pisco infusions as well as an
innovative cocktail list by our expert
mixologists.
While a DJ entertains 7 nights a week,
guests can enjoy delicious canapes by
Chef Sanjay Dwivedi or a semi-private
dining experience in the Lounge
adjacent to the bar.

Uniquely decorated with opulent furnishings and antique Incan
gilding, the private dining room guarantees an unforgettable
dining experience.
Complete with its own private smoking terrace, this exclusive
space is perfect for special occasions and celebrations.

COYA ANGEL COURT
Since opening in May 2017, COYA Mayfair’s younger sibling has been praised for bringing life back to the city.
A stones throw away from Bank station, COYA Angel Court is a lively venue with an array of different areas to entertain and be entertained.
The space includes a Pisco bar & lounge, a private dining room, the Inti room and the main restaurant.
PISCO BAR & LOUNGE
This bright and colourful space is ideal for hosting a lively drinks reception or celebrating a special occasion. The raised area can be hired for a semi-exclusive event, with the option for live music, a DJ and further entertainment.
Capacity: Up to 60 standing guests.

MAIN RESTAURANT
The main restaurant is dressed in vivid furnishings and unique
features, such as bespoke hand-carved furniture and a central Sun
Gate.
With an array of table sizes, tables can be booked for any
number of guests including large parties. Groups of eight or more
can choose from one of our seasonally changing set menus.
Capacity: Up to 100 seated guests.
Up to 200 standing guests.

INTI ROOM
Named after the ancient Incan sun god, the Inti room is a semi-private space adjacent to the main dining room.
By day, the room is flooded with an abundance of natural light and by night, candlelight creates an intimate setting.
We offer delicious set menus for large group bookings and our industry leading sommeliers are on hand to help preselect your wines ahead of your event.
Capacity: Up to 30 seated guests.Up to 40 standing guests.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Located in the heart of the restaurant, the private dining
room is perfect for an exclusive dining experience.
Guests can enjoy the full COYA experience through the four
course tasting menu or dine from one of our seasonal set menus.
All of our menus are designed to share and are served family style.
The sliding doors allow for privacy but can also be left open for more
informal occasions.
Capacity: Up to 12 seated guests.
OUR MENUS
With Japanese, Chinese and Spanish influences, Peruvian cuisine remains unmatched in both its diversity and individuality. From light and fresh ceviches and tiraditos to hearty grilled meats and fish from the robata grill, Chef Sanjay Dwivedi has created a menu that blends traditional Peruvian cooking techniques with modern tastes and ingredients.We use only the finest ingredients to create COYA’s naturally vibrant and healthy dishes and use seasonal produce where possible.
Our menus are designed to be shared and dishes are served in a familial style, in the middle of the table.
