Since bursting onto the scene in Monte Carlo, Monaco in 2018, COYA has led the way with innovative dining experiences. Live music, DJs and artists truly bring the venue to life, entertaining guests and creating an atmosphere that is uniquely COYA. The brand celebrates music and art through the COYA Collective, hosting regular events including art exhibitions, cultural happenings and exclusive parties.

WELCOME TO COYA

Inspired by the original fusion food of Peru, naturally light, healthy and colourful dishes are freshly prepared by Chef Fabrizio Fossati and his team from our ceviche counter and open kitchen.

It’s always fiesta time in a vibrant setting brimming with plants and handmade furnishings. Signature cocktails and champagne are the norm in our Pisco Bar and Lounge as our DJs provide the party beats for late night dancing.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM

Located in the heart of the restaurant and overlooking the sea, our private dining room is perfect for intimate dining experiences for

all special occasions.

Guests can enjoy the full COYA experience through our tasting

menus or by dining on one of our seasonal set menus. All of our

menus are specifically designed to share and are served family style.

The dining room sliding doors allow for privacy and exclusivity but can

also be left open for more informal occasions. This is a non-smoking

area with air conditioning.

This private bar & dining

area is perfect for an array of

different occasions.

It hosts a DJ booth, a

dedicated smoking area based

on request and season, air

conditioning and an array of

beautifully curated artwork

from boutique Monaco art

The table and chair

arrangements are flexible

based on guest requirements

and we also offer the option

to join the space to the

private dining room for further

entertaining space.

PISCO BAR & LOUNGE

Our Pisco Bar & Lounge draws its

inspiration from the oldest bars in

Lima. Bright, colourful and lively, it’s a

one stop destination bar where guests

can drink, eat and party.

Opposite the bar and the DJ booth,

the low seating area is the ideal place

for an informal dinner in a lively

setting.

With DJs entertaining every night, the

vibe in the Pisco Lounge makes it the

perfect place for sunset drinks and to

party late into the night.

Our Pisco Bar & Lounge has its own

VIP area composed of one large table

able to host exclusive dinner parties

up to 18 guests.

From light and fresh ceviches

and tiraditos to hearty grilled

meats and fish from the robata

grill, Chef Sanjay Dwivedi, COYA’s

Culinary Director, has created

a menu that blends traditional

Peruvian cooking techniques with

modern tastes and ingredients.

We use only the finest ingredients

to create COYA’s naturally vibrant

and healthy dishes and use

seasonal produce where possible.

Our menus are designed to be

shared and dishes are served in a

familial style, in the middle of the

table.

Opening & Closing times

COYA Monte-Carlo is a seasonal site closed during winter

For the 2020 season, we will be open from Thursday, April 2nd

to Saturday, October 31st.

Low season (April & October)

Monday, Thursday and Sunday: open from 7:00pm to 1:00am

Friday & Saturday: open from 7:00pm to 2:00am

Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

High season (May - September)

Sunday to Thursday: open from 7:00pm to 1:00am

Friday & Saturday: open from 7:00pm to 2:00am

Closed on Tuesdays in May and June (excluding special events)
