• A 42 yrs old female came with complaints of pain and burning sensation in both lower limbs for one month.
• No h/o trauma
• bowel and bladder habbits are normal
T2‐MID SAGGITAL (PLAIN)
• Reveals intermediate signal lesion of size 4x1.5cms involving the spinal canal at D11‐D12 level displacing the cord posteriorly.
• Widening the csfcolumn at inferior aspect suggestive of intradural lesion.
T1‐ SAGGITAL (CONTRAST)
• Reveals homogenous enchancement and of contrast and exerting mass effect over the spinal cord at D11‐12 level and displacing the cord to right side.
• MRI DIAGNOSIS– homogenous enchancingintradural extra medullary lesion severlycompressing and displacing the cord at D11‐12 level.
• DD FOR INTRADURAL EXTRAMEDULLARY MASS LESION

• DIAGNOSIS BY MRI – SPINAL MENINGIOMA
