Sport Bicycle
• Made up of Steel or Aluminium.• Heavy in weight• Not designed for speed • Overall performance affected by
luggage brazed steel frame, a single gear ratio, steel mudguards, upright handlebars, etc,
• It does not support any aerodynamic position during the ride
• Cheap cost
• Have a slender frame, made from Carbon Fibre or Titanium
• Light in weight • Maximum speed is attained with narrow and
smooth surface tyres, even in narrow lanes• Dropped curved handlebars and tri-bars fitted
to the centre help attain a more aerodynamic position while riding
• Has gears etc • Costs thousands to lakhs of rupees
