ABOUT IESEG SCHOOL OF

INTRODUCTION IÉSEG School of Management is one of the top Business Schools in

Purpose of the course : • To understand the real issues related to innovation and digital

transformation, • Identify emerging technologies, including the notion of platform, in order

to test and market new offers in an agile way.

Our teaching approach: • Interactive Module, with many examples from SMEs, startups and

corporates which face innovation & transformation issues.• Business cases : the multi-access model of AXA. The digitalization of

the sales point

Course objectives :• Decrypt the digital transformation and current issues related to

innovation, • Manage practical tools to growth opportunities through innovation• Understand 'focused user‘ approach/ Approach Outside In and Inside

Out : from product-oriented company to customer oriented one. • Identify levers of the customer experience • Know How to quickly and cheaply create an new service or product from

an idea to a prototype. • Move from a model of distribution centered on the Agency / store to a

cross-channel model. • Manage the innovation risks.

international environment• Understand the influence of culture on the global negotiation

settings and strategies

Our teaching approach : • Business cases, role play and shared experience. • More than a simple module, an energizing concrete experience

Course objectives :• Identify the variables in the negotiation process which create value

in negotiation• Apply negotiation strategies in multi-party situations in an

international business context• Plan and prepare for complex negotiations, especially by

identifying key behavioral characteristics helping or hindering the search for a mutually satisfactory deal

• Use the relevant negotiation concepts to better understand their working environment and its conflictuality

• Conduct a mediated conflict negotiation and deal with emotions of parties around the table

its policies and priorities.

• Discover also the negotiation process between

28 countries.
