PREPARATION REQUIRED by PLN

1. Preparing the Due Diligence document, 2. Preparing the draft of PPA pursuant to MEMR Regulation

No. 10/2017 and No. 12/2017 and PLN Board of Directors Circular No. PLN. 0010.E/DIR/ 2016 on the Procurement Technical Guidelines of PLN,

3. Setting up internal procedure and human resources for Due Diligence and Tariff Negotiation

1. The purchasing of Minihydro energy processed in the PLN Region/Distribution and the existence of limited human resources in PLN Region/Distribution and also the negotiation process will take a long time, it is proposed not to negotiate Minihydro tariff. Need approval from the Board of Directors on the tariff of purchasing power from Minihydro capacity ≤ 10 MW as follows: a. If the local BPP is above the national BPP, then the tariff is equal to 85% of

the local BPP, b. If the local BPP is equal to or below the national BPP, then the tariff is equal

to the local BPP, c. If the 85% of the local BPP is below the national BPP, then the tariff is the

same as the national BPP. 2. The tariff can be set in USD, but the transaction will based on Rupiah.
