Goals of the Team• Win the Conference Championship (‘08)• Qualify for the play-offs (‘07)• Advance through the state play-offs• Beat South Plainfield (8-0)

Getting It Done• Playing as many guys as possible• Guys playing 1 way• Multiple players rotating at any position• Keeping guys fresh• Understand you are better when you are fresh

Being a CANUCK• “Your kids play hard.”

– Hustle• Finish the play on Offense• 11 to the ball on defense

– Effort• Regardless of opponent or score

– Discipline• Limit the mental and physical mistakes

Numbering System• 1st Digit: Formation, indicated by the numbering system• 2nd Digit: Series, a group of plays that looks the same with multiple ball carriers

and multiple points of attack (What we are doing and How)• 3rd Digit: Point of Attack, where the play will be run• Prefix Formation Series Point of Attack Suffix• Spread 1 3 1 Sweep
