The road to great workplace culture is through defining the system-atic targets, positioning, sustainability, attention and improvement. Great Place to Work® model, formed as a result of extensive and experimental studies, consists of 5 dimensions including Credibility - Respect - Fairness - Pride and Camaraderie.
Great Place to Work® model handles the workplace culture in two dimen-sions: First one covers the usual topics of professional life, which are man-agement quality and competency, the effect of communication and thanking on employees, and team spirit.
Studies on supporting and improving employee-orientedworkplace culture are made, based on positioning. It isrequired to know the position of your workplace it means ofworkplace culture and attraction, for the followingimprovement areas.
Following the employee survey, workplace culture analysis and reporting the results, Great Place to Work® provides various services to the participantsof the benchmark study such as presenting the survey reports to the management, the analysis ofimportant structuring areas, Best Practice studies, training the management and determining solid improvement measures. Our consultants use the above-mentioned tools to analyse and present the
whole workplace culture, and to measure the expe-riences of the employees and benefits, via Great Place to Work® Workplace Culture Analysis Assess-ments and Consulting Services. Then, our con-sultants define the differences between planned gainings and the real effects of their policies and cultures, and makes suggestions focused on the areas that need to be improved concordantly.

It analyzes all the processes and practices according to GreatPlace to Work® philosophy, based on our 9 areas covering allfrom hiring your potential employees to their leaving.
This is an employee survey which measures the experiences, feelings andthoughts of the employees in their current workplace culture. Trust Index©employee survey consists of 63 closed and 3 open ended questions.
Trust Index© Employee Survey can be conducted in an online and / or pa-per based form. All 58 questions in the survey are the same all around theworld and cannot be changed.

Benchmark Study General Information on ParticipationGreat Place to Work® Best Workplaces in Turkey Benchmark Study and Competition, open to com-panies of all industries and sizes, which have more than 20 employees and are operating in Turkey, is organized annually to choose the best workplaces.
Holdings and Group companies are able to par-ticipate as independent subsidiaries, as well as groups.
Best Workplaces Contest supports employer brands and provides positivie value. The compa-nies participating in the study, not only get the chance to see their current position as a work-place but also, take a great step towards improv-ing their workplace culture effectively. The names of the companies which had participated in the study but could not made it to the list, remain anonymous.

It is critically important for every manager to prepare anaction plan for themselves while action plans are beingprepared in the company. In this program,supporting managers, who have done thisstudy, against the challenges and obstaclesthey encountered, our consultant comes to your offi-ceonce in each month for a one-hour session. In thissession, best practices and solid suggestions guide themanager through his/her achievements and wis-hes.
A consultancy program to support the manager who will be participating in the project about his or her action plans, once a month for months. In this meetings, the frame of which is predetermined, solutions are offered for obstacles they encounter during action planning and realizing phases. Each client can access their report via the system in two days following the online meeting. Managers can also upload their action plans to this system. HR teams and the managers of the managers partici-pating in this study will have different levels of ac-cess to the reports (every manager can access the reports of their subordinates while HR team can ac-cess the reports of the managers in their company. The anonymity levels of the reports will be decided according to your internal dynamics, together with the project team.). Also, an overall assessment of the meetings will be shared with the project team in the monthly “Project Assessment Meetings”.

This interactive study shares the best practices with GIFTWORK model, based on 9 dimensions under 3 main areas structured according to Great place to Work philosophy. This program is recommended for executives.
Action Identification Workshop
An interactive workshop organized with participants of different levels and in which, all departments are represented. Based on company results, prioritized action areas for the company are identified. Action suggestions for each areas are gathered. At the end of the day, volunteer employees to work in the project are selected, after sharing the next steps. This study can be conducted for the departments, instead of the company in general.
