LUGGAGE LIMITATIONS Luggage tags should be attached to all luggage. Coach is loaded by selected loading crews. Each person is allowed ONE
PIECE of luggage underneath the coach. The bag should be MEDIUM SIZE with dimensions no greater than 50 linear
inches (height + width + length). Small carry-on bags can be placed in the overhead bins inside the motorcoach.
ON BOARD THE COACH You’ll have the opportunity to travel in style on board a Badger Bus deluxe 56-passenger motorcoach. The coach will become our “living room” that we will share for many hours while traveling together. Here are a few tips to help make your experience as pleasant as possible:
✓ 110V Outlets are available on board the coaches.
✓ A note about Wi-fi. Although Wi-fi service is offered on board the motorcoach, you can expect it NOT to work consistently or occasionally, at all, during the trip. Please plan to bring your own Hot Spot on the trip if you need to have regular access to the internet. We cannot guarantee this service for you.
✓ We will make comfort stops approximately every 2-3 hours during our tour. Typically, we will use rest areas or
travel plazas for our rest room stops. Meal breaks will be made at appropriate exits that offer the group a variety of
fast food options to choose from.
✓ NO DAIRY products are allowed on board the motorcoach (includes milk, blended drinks, ice cream, yogurt). Plan to
enjoy your ice cream treats before you get back on the coach during the tour.
✓ A clean bus is a happy bus! Participants are required to keep the motorcoach clean during the tour. Trash bags will
be located in the front and back of the coach. We will look for volunteers to periodically help us clean up the coach.
✓ Food & Beverage is allowed on board the motorcoach only if the group is responsible and is keeping the coach
clean. If the coach is not in acceptable condition during the trip, these privileges will be suspended.
✓ A DVD player is available on the motorcoach. Please bring your favorites to share! G or PG Rated movies are
preferred. Only movies that have been deemed appropriate material by your chaperones will be shown. Movies
with excessive language and/or adult situations will be pulled.
✓ Bring along a Pillow and small Blanket for sleeping comfort on the motorcoach.
A note about Wi-fi. Although Wi-fi service is offered on board the motorcoaches, you can expect it NOT to work consistently or occasionally, at all, during the trip. Please plan to bring your own Hot Spot on the trip if you need to have regular access to the internet. We cannot guarantee this service for you.
NUT ALLERGY ALERT! We have a few travelers with nut allergies on the trip. We request that you do not bring nuts or nut filled items on board the motorcoaches to avoid any contamination. We will provide snacks that are nut free; however, it is the responsibility of each individual to monitor what is appropriate for their needs.

Packing Tips
Pack a bag, but not a giant bag! One (1) medium sized suitcase (25” H x 16” L x 9” D) please. If you’re traveling overnight to your des na on, pack an overnight bag with a change of clothes & toiletries for the morning.
Check out your i nerary & count up ou its! In most cases, you will only have an opportunity for one ou it per day. Casual clothing is usually acceptable. We will note on your i nerary if the occasion requires dressier wear.
Pack awesome walking shoes. No blisters allowed on tour. Makes for a lousy day.
Students should follow school guidelines for appropriate clothing throughout their tour. They will be represen ng the school throughout their travels.
Visit www.weather.com to check temperatures & the possibility for inclement weather during your travels. Pack accordingly & plan for sunscreen, rain gear, & cold weather garb.
Make yourself cozy on the bus! Bring along a pillow, blankie, & sweater.
Performing groups will be advised by their directors what performance & uniform items are needed. Pack an extra pair of black socks. Those always go missing!
Have an awesome trip!
TRAVEL LIKE A PRO!
On Board the Coach
The motorcoach is your communal living room for the dura on of the trip. Keep the coach clean. Be polite. Share. Smile at your bus driver. High five your chaperones. Laugh a lot, but keep the decibel level low.
Bo led water & packaged snacks are available throughout the trip (yea)! Par cipants are welcome to bring along addi onal goodies. Dairy products and glass bo les are not allowed on the coach. This includes ice cream, yogurt, & blended drinks.
In most cases, motorcoaches will be equipped with Wi‐Fi & on board plug ins throughout the coach. Wi‐Fi can be sporadic while traveling. Plug ins are located every couple of rows on the coach & will be shared.
G or PG DVD movies are welcomed on board the coach. PG‐13 movies will be shown at the discre on of the chaperones on board. Movies with excessive language or adult situa ons will not be shown & could be tossed out the door of the motorcoach. Leave those at home.
An adult must be on board the coach in order for students to be allowed to board.
Stay in the Loop!
All par cipants will be invited to join in a Text Messaging Group for the tour that they are traveling on. Par cipants on the trip will receive text meline reminders throughout the tour & any direc ves necessary for the next step in their travels.
Parents can also sign up for a What‐Is‐My‐Kid‐Up‐To Text Messaging Group so that they can keep track of their child’s adventures! Our Tour Directors will send out periodic messages to parents to advise them of where the group is, what exci ng things they have seen & how the day progressed.
Details on how to sign up will be listed at the top of your final i nerary.
