A. About the Event: The AGC Southern California Construction Technology Exposition is a unique informational, educational, and social event hosted by the Associated General Contractors of America, San Diego Chapter, Inc. (AGC-SD). The AGC-SD’s Technology Trends in Construction Committee has designed this event to present the Southern California construction industry with overviews of the latest in technology advances. This event will showcase the new trends in technology advancements that will help make the construction industry operate on a more efficient and effective basis.
B. Event Style:
This event will feature exhibitors in a tradeshow atmosphere combined with breakout educational sessions, a keynote speaker, and a social mixer held within and throughout the exhibitor area.
C. Audience:
This event is open to any company within the construction industry in or around Southern California. The AGC-SD membership includes over 1,000 construction related companies. Additionally, this event will be marketed out to other numerous construction industry associations and companies.
D. Attendance Goal:
The expected attendance is approximately 1,500 construction industry professionals throughout the term of the event.

E. Exhibitor Recognition:
Pre-Event Marketing/Promotions: Exhibitors will be recognized in all event marketing pieces, marketing emails, and on the AGC-SD website. On-Site Event Recognition: Exhibitors will be recognized at the event in the form of signage and printed materials. Post-Event Recognition: Exhibitors will be recognized in every post-event article through the AGC-SD including the AGC-SD website.
F. Exhibitor Space:
Each 10x10 booth will include pipe and drape, 1 (one) 6’ table, with tablecloth or skirt, and 2 chairs (if table and/or chairs are not necessary for your booth please indicate in the “special requests” section at the bottom of this contract). Any additional items (electrical, internet, etc.) needed must be requested through the Marriott’s Exhibitor Order Form included in this packet. If food items are desired for your booth they must be organized through Marriott’s Catering team; please indicate this within the “special requests” section at the bottom of this contract. Further information will then be sent to you.
G. Hold Harmless Clause The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
H. Event Communications:
Both parties (AGC-SD and Exhibitors) to provide timely responses to emails and phone contacts during the event planning process (both before and after event).
I. Exhibitor Investment:
The Exhibitor booth (10x10) fee will be $850 (additional equipment necessary can be purchased through the specific vendor outlined in item F (details attached).
J. Rapid Fire Demonstration Stage Add-on: There are eight available spots for a company to showcase their product. Software and hardware alike will be demonstrated on alternating stages in the exhibit hall. All companies chosen are required to purchase a 10x10 exhibitor booth at $850, plus pay an additional $400 to cover this add-on.
K. Payment Information:
All Exhibitor payments are due upon signing this contract. Credit card (form attached) and checks are accepted. Checks should be made payable to AGC San Diego Chapter, please reference “Technology Expo.”
L. Cancellation Policy:
AGC-SD and Exhibitors should make all attempts to comply with event details and deadlines. If cancellation by an Exhibitor / Sponsor is necessary, no refunds will be given. Refunds will only be given if AGC-SD cancels the event.

As a sponsor your company will benefit in a variety of ways:
Major Sponsors ($5,000) will be promoted as the major event sponsors. ONLY one more spot available! Sponsors will also be provided their own premier exhibit booth during the day of the event. You can display brochures, product samples, promotional materials, etc. Your company banner (sponsor must provide) will be hung at main event entry. Logo will be included on all attendee nametags.
Terabyte Sponsors, Mixer Sponsors, and WiFi Sponsor ($1,000 & $1,500 level sponsors) will be
promoted as high-level sponsors. Sponsors will also be provided their own premier exhibit booth during the day of the event. You can display brochures, product samples, promotional materials, etc. (details regarding banner sizes and display tables will be provided closer to the event date).
Mixer Sponsors will have their company name promoted on each of the bars and hors d'oeuvre stations
during the mixer. Printed cocktail napkins with sponsor logos will also be made available at each bar and each hors d'oeuvre station.
WiFi Sponsor will have their company name promoted as the password to access the event’s WiFi network. All sponsorship levels will have their company name prominently listed on numerous banners throughout
the event, on the AGC-SD Website, AGC-SD Monday Morning Quarterback, and all pre and post promotional notices. Tent cards with sponsor names will also be displayed on cocktail tables throughout the event.
