Introduction

• We have chosen to design a online university room booking system. We were shocked to find out that all room bookings are currently made either by emailing or are paper based. Bearing this in mind we decided to approach this tedious process and simplify it with a logically organized user interface. A few words that would best describe our site would be consistent, visually appealing, ease of use

• We propose to build a online room university booking system for our client Westminster Uninversity.

• We have done extensive research and received various staff members feedback from our questionnaires.

catering.• Below is a list of additional service that can be selected whilst using the

online booking system.– Hardware (laptops, projectors, video conferencing, whiteboards, a/v equipment )– Services (wireless access, IT service, security, catering)– Furniture (seats, desks for all occasions)Any additional requirements can be requested at the last stage of the booking process.
